The semantic web is an extension of the current web, in contrast, it allows users to efficiently interact with amongst one another.[1] With correlation to the Web 3.0, semantic web concerns itself with the understanding of data through new ways to share within users.[2]

The "P" Axis Edit

The "P" Axis is the notion of computers cooperating with people. The idea that the tower, as seen above, is perceived in away where more semantic technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence can be encoded. P Axis, also considered "The People Axis", due to both perception and people starting to with "P", connects both the technological and people world.[3]

Standards Edit

Although the Semantic Web uses similar technology as original web implementations, it has three main concepts which different it. With the use of RDF (Resource Description Framework), where all information of the web is stored, SPARQL (SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language), used to query data, and OWL (Web Ontology Language) the Semantic Web, which focuses on defining concepts composably.[4]
